Introduction

To integrate the Smartfit E-Commerce Sizing widget with your e-commerce store, we need access to your product data feed. Our sizing recommendations are 100% dependent on the data you provide. High quality data allows us to calculate the best possible recommendations for your customers.

To be able to make up to date recommendations, it is important to know the current status of the shop. This is where the product feed is essential. It is used to check if the recommended size is available and to make recommendations if the bike is not available. The following links provide more information on how to set up the product feed.

Providing your Product Feed to Smartfit

Your feed can be provided via a URL. You'll find more details about the required format on the next page. Below are the two common approaches for sharing your feed with us.

Standard Configuration

In most cases, our customers provide a publicly accessible feed URL with no access restrictions. This is the simplest and fastest method to get started. You only need to generate your product feed and send us the URL. Once the URL is stored and the data attributes are mapped in Smartfit Analytics, we will fetch the data regularly and keep your sizing recommendations up to date.

Restricted Access via IP Whitelisting

If your are hosting your feed on a secure FTP or SFTP server and your company policies require you to restrict access to the feed, you can limit it to Smartfit's servers only. This is typically done by whitelisting our IP addresses either at the firewall level or in your FTP/SFTP configuration.

In this case, the following IP addresses must be whitelisted:

  • 18.194.171.198
  • 18.196.21.142
  • 3.66.52.139
