Migrate Ski

Ski

In V3, Ski is no longer offered as a standalone widget type. Instead, ski-related functionality is integrated into all V3 widgets (with the exception of Geometry Display and Product Leasing, which currently support only bicycles). To expliucity enable ski functionality, simply set the product-type attribute to SKI on the relevant widget.
